Vibrio cholerae Genomic islands
VCGIDB is a predicted genomic island database for Vibrio cholerae using GI-Scanner, large scale comparative genomic method to predict genomic island. From huge number of qualified whole genomes, GI-Scanner calculated pairwise comparisons and detect putative complementary CDSs making continuous array. CDS arrays were updated database and only corrected GIs by comparing phylogenetic tree were shown on this site.
